How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your cPanel License (Client Area) 

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your cPanel license directly from your client area. Follow the steps below:


Step 1: Access Your Service

  • Log in to your Client Area
  • Navigate to Services 
  • Navigate to ADDON services.

  • Locate your cPanel license (e.g., cPanel Premier Cloud 100 (for VPS))
  • Click on the arrow (→) or action menu to open the service




 

Step 2: Open Upgrade / Downgrade Option

  • Inside the service page, click on Service Details
  • Select Upgrade / Downgrade



Step 3: Choose License & Billing Cycle

  1. Select the desired license from the Upgrade/Downgrade dropdown
    • Example: cPanel Solo Cloud (for VPS) or other plans
  2. Choose your billing cycle (e.g., Monthly)
  3. Click Continue

Step 4: Complete the Order

  • Review the upgrade/downgrade summary
  • Complete the payment (if applicable)
  • Once processed, your license will be updated automatically



⚠️ Important Notes

  •  Upgrades are usually applied instantly after payment
  •  Downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle (depending on configuration)
  •  Ensure your server usage fits within the selected license limits
